Dr. Kobayashi, a native of South Bend IN, graduated from the University of Notre Dame and then attended Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Dr. Kobayashi is board certified in cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
