Dr. Vinod Chauhan was born in Kenya, Africa and is a graduate of Government Medical College, South Gujarat University in Surat, India. He completed his residency at LaGuardia Hospital, Forest Hills NY and St. John's Episcopal Hospital , Far Rockaway, NY. His fellowships in cardiology and electrophysiology were at UNBNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Browns Mills NJ.

Dr. Chauhan is board certified in both electrophysiology and cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology.
